Shares are not for raising capitol now. But he is already using them as capitol, issuing shares supplementing acquisition prices. In the future, they may need to raise capitol for something, and where they are it's just not possible. I don't think it would make sense to leave it on the pinks. It just doensn't make sense to limit your options, and it doensn't accurately reflect what kind of company this is, just doesn't look good. Start fresh, then spin off. IMO, I'd love to hear why you think it will be the way you say.
