It's not hard to comprehend if you think about why RCCH is on the pinks. To keep it's financials and budgets from being public. Thats why RCCH is @.0001. If RCCH was fully reporting, it would be difficult to build IWS by being forced to tell the public of all its contracts and having someone like Seimens undermine their next move and contract/contracts.
By keeping RCCH on the pinks, it will be easier to spin off the next company using this same method.
.0001 will go away when the spin off happens.
The Numeric Value of .0001 means nothing to RCCH. Only to you and I.
Gene has his own Idea of what the value of RCCH is, because he is a multi millionaire. I believe when he buys a company his price per share is 1.50 and a promise to send them off to the big board and RCCH retains 30% of the company.
Once the first spin off happens, MM's will never NSS RCCH again and thats if the first spin off, didn't make them go bankrupt. :-)
