Stocks that announce reverse mergers don't go up on the date the merger is finalized, they go up on the date of the announcement, FVRL has not responded accordingly and there is currently only 100 shares traded today, it is very suspicious especially considering the company revealed to us yesterday how it is valuing the shares in the merger
