PS You never answered why a company that had a promising new technology would partner with GlobeTel/Sanswire instead of one of many other companies that would have so much more to offer them.

Your 3 year old post had nothing to do with it. It's obvious why Sanswire would want to partner with anyone. A drowning man is not particular about the life preserver thrown his way. The question was, why would "TAO" want to partner with them... if they "really" had something significant.
