My opinion is based on my experience observing this company and attempts to understand their motivations. In the past they have reduced the OS substantially. If they wanted to dilute for the purpose of diluting, they would have done this in the past. If the OS is increased and not subsequently reduced, than I am going to wait and hear the business reason from the company. It may very well make sense.
What I am not going to do is jump to conclusions and assume the worse.
And once again TA is not gagged it is supsended. Those are two very different things.
