Exactly! My opinion is they will do everything possible to keep share structure the same in order expedite an increase in price per share so as to get to the next level of uplisting....in order to gain better access to funding.

Only legit reason would be for an aquisition...

If they buy more earnings it would make sense.

Thatsnotyourmoney... BAG just financed them again! More than likely BAG received more shares from the last increase of 47 million.

Look for plenty of new shares to hit the float soon? maybe even a new promoter agreement!
