A lot of fish carry worms for different reasons most are harmless and cooking reduces thier significance.Can't sell that to my wife though.Spotted Sea Trout (speckled trout) where I catch them near Chockoloskee are full of worms hold a filet to the light and the dark lines you see are worms, harmless when cooked.I'll stick with Snook.Good fishing!
