I-man...I see your point for ETLK...
but for others where their %ownership allows, there should be some spunoff shares. As ownership increases in ETLK, same should be done there. If HRCT is NOT going to do this, then they should at least have the balls to come out and say it and explain themselves as well as tell investors what they plan to do for us in the place of fulfilling their promises to give us dividends.
Yes, I want to see HRCT successful, and I don't want them to undermine their positions, but I also do not think they have to give some huge percentage of the subs away...I believe we should receive SOME amount of shares in them...as a fiduciary/goodwill (at least) statement that their word to shareholders meant something...I for one believed them and see no reason to let it just lie...a promise is a promise.
BTW...have you noticed the huge difference between 1990 and now in insider holdings?...almost 90% then...only 4% now (per Yahoo Finance).
