Imo, number 2
They will reverse split because it is like having a visa card with no spending limit that is paid by someone else.
They will NOT go bankrupt as it would end their cash flow. My business could go on for years with continual free money coming in.
With the lack of effort from this company to promote its product and now the dilution and add the state of the economy I dont believe the pps will move up, Although I thought it might several months ago.
They have all the excuses in the world to reverse split, JMHO
