My choice would also be reverse split. With them only being a small mom and pop type of company, and it appears they do not want to invest alot of money to take a chance on real growth, IMO I do not expect them to go bankrupted. No bankrupt, but also no real growth unless they make a complete U turn with their buissness plan.

Seriously doubt they reverse split with the SEC involved. Their only legal resolve, since officers of the company are aware at this time, is to buy back shares themselves. Sure it gives them the reward if they make something with the company, but it also prevents the CFO from RICO. Hopefully... they want to keep in contact with the SEC.
