serious is looking at all opinons. not just the (lop is a good idea) opinion. And the countries that did lops, there economies were very bad at the time of there lops so why can't Iraq do there lop now, as you feel is going to happen. I'll tell you why, a lop in my opinion is just a way to say your doing somthing to help the currency to all the people, but infact doing nothing but shuffling numbers it don't creat any real value in buying power for the people. And the real cost of collecting old bills and charging county with the cost of making new bills is not a positive value or gain for the peope its a negitive COST for them. Nope dont see a lop ever happening, but because the currency is going to be move up in value very slow for as long as it takes to reach 1/2 to 1 cent and the lop people will have a long time to keep saying that there is going to be a lop and or they should consider a lop. It also talked about printing new currency. So it would be like a reverse split for us anyway.
Instead of having 1,000,000 Dinar, you'd only have 1,000. It wouldn't make our investment any more valuable.
It is the same thing when Italy went from the Lire to the Euro. 2,000 Lira was valued at 1 Euro. So there was no added benefit to anyone.

How would we exchange the new currency without international banks support? It's not like we'd be able to walk into a bamk in the states and make the exchange.
We'd have to send ours to a middle man and then pay a fee so we lose if they decide to do it.

Cancelling 3 zero's is the last thing we need.
