serious is looking at all opinons. not just the (lop is a good idea) opinion. And the countries that did lops, there economies were very bad at the time of there lops so why can't Iraq do there lop now, as you feel is going to happen. I'll tell you why, a lop in my opinion is just a way to say your doing somthing to help the currency to all the people, but infact doing nothing but shuffling numbers it don't creat any real value in buying power for the people. And the real cost of collecting old bills and charging county with the cost of making new bills is not a positive value or gain for the peope its a negitive COST for them. Nope dont see a lop ever happening, but because the currency is going to be move up in value very slow for as long as it takes to reach 1/2 to 1 cent and the lop people will have a long time to keep saying that there is going to be a lop and or they should consider a lop.
