I think those are the ones that have been on the site for a while..It sounds local and the 7-11 logo is, from my point of view, from a "privately" owned franchise store not the larger company.

I know a friend that looked into buying 3 of these stores there and they were privately owned..

there is a whole process you have to go thru to sell thru the larger chain....i believe....
