Duff, I hope you've run your AV program with updated AV definitions. If that doesn't find anything, run SpyBot with updated definitions. Get SpyBot here http://www.safer-networking.org/

I had that happen last week. I ran the AVG and Adaware - the AVG removed the virus file and Adaware removed this "WhenUSearh" program that got into my computer without me installing it.
