In this area the $1M and over homes are still selling. It's the $400 - 500K homes that are sitting with not as many buyers although I have 3 friends whose kids just bought homes so maybe things are turning around a bit.
When I look at the website zillow.com the suggested price for my home has dropped over $100K in the last year and a half.
