Otc, may be some good news on GZGT after looking closer...

As of 09-26-08, they are showing an Inactive status with the Florida SOS corporate listing...

They shouldn't be able to raise the share count until they are up-to-date...

But I wouldn't bet on it myself...

There just doesn't appear to be enough connectivity between the State corporate registrations being current and info to the SEC to regulate trading in companies...

But if it ain't broke don't fix it...Right?...LJ
