Not true. Mr. Huppe did file the 8K for Telefficiency Holding Corporation
(name change to Media City Corp (MCCY) 11/27/06) on 10-16-07 and the
15-12G for Telefficiency Holding corporation for Notice of Termination
of a Class of Security on 10-16-07.
