Thats not what the public filings say now who do we believe the man who has lied to many times to count or the public filings.

He doesnt do any filings on a public company that he swears he taking to a higher exchange. He is though going to publish financial statements on a private company I find that very hard to swallow. And just so there is no mistake I promise you that snake is up to no good with this.Just another Shell game
