EFFC is the stock symbol for Effective Control Transport Inc., the Delaware Corporation.

Effective Control Transport Corporation is the Quebec corporation setup
and is the company named in the PR but it is not a subsidiary of
Effective Control Transport Inc. (at least according to Canada).

i got a reply from RH regarding this issue today by mail
and it's all good
so no point in pursuing this argument

but i know you will anyway, as you don't trust RH in anything
that is your good right
