greedy malone, when the company increases A/S, it does it by R/Sing the share structure affecting your current share price.

Suppose a company increased A/S from 1 billion to say 10 billion, the PPS must increase 10x but the value of the company as well as funds in your brokerage account remains intact. Assets value of $1 million remains the same, give it or take from it whatever you want.

2future4u do you really think that increasing shares when the stock sits at .0001 really increases the value of the company?

Why not just raise the A/S to 100 billion, sell all those shares at .0001 and then say the company is worth $10 million...LMAO!!!!!

Value does not come from adding endless shares at .0001 it comes from assets and profits.

I love it when companies increase shares at .0001 and then pretend the value of their comapny went up when all that happened is they diluted their shares to get an artificial market cap increase.

Good point Greedy, but I'll take it one step further.

I believe the company is WORTHLESS as there is no market for those shares they're using to calculate their value.

It's like multiplying ANY numbr by zero. You know what the answer is.
