The treasury is more for issued shares that are being held by the company. The shares are already issued but reaquired by the company. They become treasury stock because they hold no voting rights. In other words they are issued sharees, owned by the company but there are no voting rights attached to them while held by the company.
The A/S (authorized shares) is the total number of shares the comapny can issue. Treasury stock is already issued but being held by the company. It is normally the result of a buyback that shares would end up in the treasury.
Tresury stock is part of the A/S but while held in treasury it is removed from the O/S. Now, if RMDM resells those shares it will be put back into the O/S. And since they do not report financials it is relativiely impossible to determine. I am not sure about their T/A but most nonreporting companies have a gagged T/A who won't release any confirmed share totals.
