I also researched the FCC query for the radio stations today, Beebers has not filed any further extensions on WCMA and it seems we have/will lose that one as well, He has until March 2009 to do something with WTKN. So the so called Assets are getting thinner. What a Prince!
There would be nothing for the shareholders whether there were liens on the plant equipment or not. The personal "debts" that Perihelion owes John H Beebe, as well as the "salary" owed to him for his managerial services would come before the shareholders get anything anyway. The company has been upside down in debt - (mostly phony debt to John H Beebe) for almost 2 years now. The shareholders never meant anything to Beebe, except a way for him to get paid.
