There would be nothing for the shareholders whether there were liens on the plant equipment or not. The personal "debts" that Perihelion owes John H Beebe, as well as the "salary" owed to him for his managerial services would come before the shareholders get anything anyway. The company has been upside down in debt - (mostly phony debt to John H Beebe) for almost 2 years now. The shareholders never meant anything to Beebe, except a way for him to get paid.
