He didn't sell it. He's allowing everything to be converted into shares. Eugene already has his shares so it's no big deal to him. Now we have Interstellar with a massive load of their own. If numbers serve me right, I think Interstellar is due something like $4M. At today's PPS, that's 2B shares. Then, these get dumped at a 60% profit at a clip of 4.99% of overall share ownership.
Also, I read something... I didn't clip so I can't recall exactly. But, it said something about QMNM has to report that they are fulfilling these plans at all times. And if QMNM fails to meet the numbers, the directors of the company will be totally replaced. To me, that means Eugene has built in an out so he can get out from under this and run to higher grounds all the while he is allowed to dump all of his shares.
