You better think this through.

Spooz key personnel moved to kaitrade, is there anyone left?
Further developments will come from kaitrade which means the part of kaitrade increases with every update.
This also means, they are moving the whole company into kay and so into a private company.
You can forget the non-exclusive statement from the PR. They are all at kaitrade, why could just a name do what kaitrade will do?

This is fraud and it is time that also a few others besides the usual few will name it.
What we have is an unknown part on kaytrades side for possible revenues and so an unknown part of them for a totally diluted stock. The same for 141 btw.
How would anyone name it what is happening there? I wrote about disregard of shareholders and got slapped here. I was nice, it is fraud, nothing else and an impudence even for the pinks. Imo, they even used this few days announcement on the website regarding bloomberg to sell the rest of the shares into the momo. I bet, we won't see any revenues in the upcoming filing, if it ever comes again. The last one was a shame even for a pinkie. A boilerrom like scanned document which looks worse than Al Capones accountancy.

I hope you are wrong about this...SPOOZTOOLZ is where the revenues should be (if any). The fact that Unwin and Fednuz have "defected" to kai trade is a very bad sign, in my opinion. It isn't disaster, but it indicates that more money will be made by kaitrade than spooz. In fact, I don't even know if there are any employees in spooz other than paul and darryl??

141 is not spzi, and in order to remain true to shareholders, they should fess up to what is going on with their company. Slowly, it appears that they can funnel money into kaitrade and screw the shareholders that they sold many many shares to...that have become nearly worthless.

I don't see how this helps shareholders if substantial portions of spooztoolz' revenues go to kaitrade. If their contract is 80% to kaitrade and 20% to spooz, then we are toast already...

If spooz was making enough to pay Hensel's salary, then he would have stayed with spzi, but he elected to go to kaitrade, indicative of his lack of trust in the future of spzi in relation to kaitrade. He obviously would rather work for Kaitrade. If he has terminated his spzi employment, then it only means that they are ciphening off money to kaitrade from property of spzi.

I am very distressed about this. Perhaps IW, if he is around, can give us some information.

SPZI downsizes to save money, OK...their revenues are small.
Kaitrade emerges and 3 spzi employees defect to kaitrade...
SPZI signs agreement to share revenue of spzi for an "UNKNOWN" percentage.

This can only mean one thing...that they plan on making kaitrade more successful. I wouldn't be surprised to see Paul defecting to kaitrade as well. If that happens, I will lead the class action law suit for this immense fraud.

Giving paul the benefit of the doubt is a must here, but I grow weary when things only start to look worse...

A growing company doesn't get rid of its best employees...unwin and hensel...they were vital. I supposed Unwin didn't want to share in his efforts with the company...

Allie, I believe Unwin only got 5 million shares of spzi...that ain't worth anything right now, so he has already taken that as a tax loss in all likelihood...

I suppose we all should start thinking that way.

I tried to email the company about this, but as usual, have not heard anything....they are truly horrendous when it comes to emails.

Gbathat, I agree that we would all like to know more of the details about how Kaitrade and Spooz are dividing revenues. I hope we get a clearer picture of the relationship in the future.

It does seem that since Jim Hensel and Doug Foster are employees of Kaitrade, they must see the potential of SpoozToolz - since that is the only product Kaitrade are working with.

Who knows why Urwin started Kaitrade or what deal Paul/John made for themselves, but I assume that was in the works awhile ago.

Where is he spending his time since he farmed out the Bloomberg deal to Kaitrade. Paul has no programmer(s)on staff... so who is finding new buisness? If Paul does find more clients does he turn them over to Kaitrade.

So what does Paul do now... 141/SPZI are in the same office which he is an officer. Is he spending more time with 141?

It's ashamed we get the deal we were all looking for and we have more questions now then before the deal.

I guess when the financials come out the next 2 qtrs we will get a better idea.
