That's a nice little hunk of land. It will allow thrucks easier access to the docks as well as add storade and additional parking space.

With your posted aerial view and the site plan (visible in the first link in this #msg-32961509 ) You can get a better idea and scope of this 17,000 sq ft addition.

I tried to get a screen capture of the site plan in the planning commission meeting, maybe somebody here has a method to get that?

Does anyone have an idea how the expansion buildout will occur? Seems like an odd lot expansion. Possibly move all the employee parking to that addition (triangular cutout) and expand the facility closer to the street?
