So are you supposing....as well as others....that this is just a cover? And that once the license is taken they will be in the US and be a profitable company like we always thought they would?

Yes they have and quickly also before financials are required to be submitted. Garrow, Winick, Burger, Big John, Loretta, too a lesser degree Couture and I'm sure most of the old TFN crew.
