Art, as I have said all day, look into their history helping represent other Canadian companies with restructuring. The shareholders all got shat on, but later, the big dogs got their steaks (stakes). Almost the exact same situations, claim the companies are in financial trouble, after the reorg, sold for substantial gains for the ones left.

I summed it up to Wyatt a few days ago in a post regarding my theory of what transpired at TFN. It seems like a lot of people are coming to that conclusion now. It should make us all sick what they are doing!

Hi Wyatt,

I think that Nordholm and Owen wanted to run TFN in the ground on purpose. They apparently had the money to finance it when they first came on board and now TFN is in shambles. Yet, the two claim they have the finances to carry it on. Basically, they kicked out all of the good people, ran it into the ground (knowingly, IMO) to pick it up on the cheap (at a liquidated price), are reorganizing it and finally are getting rid of the baggage, us (BKMP). Now these two guys who will own it 50/50 can sell it in the future, if possible, if it becomes successful at their own price. These guys are pros IMO and don't care about who they hurt as long as they can make money. That's why Big John remarked in his blog "Shame on the higher ups." Basically they destroyed a good thing for their own financial selfish interests.
