EDIT: I agree with Virginian, sometime soon they will expand, read the letter to the CRTC, after they get control of the license and complete the foreclosure, they intend to support it financially so it remains viable and effective (this is stated in the letter) SO, if the thing is a financial disaster, why would they want to put more money in a channel they claim is in financial difficulty now?
