However they would have to remove some of the major names associated with it to facilitate it's percieved demise. These are faces that lended credibility to TFN and probably inhibited their ability to destroy it's worth. I would love to see the 2008 financials to see how it compared to 2007's.But ,I dont think they want that information out just yet. When the takeover is complete I'd bet we will see some very good numbers.
Once they gain total control of the license, they will then file bankruptcy on the unsecured debt. Once approved, they will become debt free and part of the filing will be to make void any shares being held by private parties, (BKMP).
