Corporate resolutions could be passed by the companies board of directors but not yet filed with Nevada SOS. The official date for those changes would be the date the BOD approves them and the corporate resolutions are signed authorizing the changes not when the paperwork gets filed on Nevada SOS what you posted is not true.
