Your right again, but it will still be part of the O/S and once they are moved from the A/S to the O/S, the O/S will then be 9.8 billion as well. Granted, that 4.8 billion new shares will be restricted for a year, but that will still have an affect on their market cap and for all the true longs, it's going to be a hard pill to swallow a year from now.
