Janice, for your information shares were never distributed to them by the company. It would have said that, instead they received shares from a third party.
The company that put out that pump (http://www.canadianminingnews.com/dailyreckoning.htm) is actually just a direct marketing company run by some guy named Richard Persson who hails from Colorado. He was paid by a third party.
My guess is that the 1B shares are from the last S-8.
