No one misread the PR , the PR states that the new subsidiary will be taking over the US operations and the company tha we actually hold will be operating in Europe and asia. In other words the stuff we have cookin over here right now will not benifit us at all and we have seen no plans for anything concerning overseas operation. This PR was a big FU to the bagholders here and a typical pinkie tactic in writing us off for another pinkie dilution scam. I have gambled a fair amount of money away here knowing this would be the case but it would have been nice to run this before cuttin our throats.

New to Calbay, maybe you can answer this question. Why issue a stock in a subsidiary? This usually signals that management will focus on the new sub and not the parent.

Given this is pinkie land, this type of move, generally suggests that management believes that the parent stock is dead (no bid, too many shares o/s) and time to move onto another shell where they can dilute/raise additional capital.

Any thoughts?
