I don't have links, but this is an approximation:

- dollar peg to the peso of 1 to 1 for 10 years, thru Dec 2001;
- Jan 2002: 1.8 pesos for 1 USD;
- Dec 2002: 4 pesos for 1 USD;
- 2003-2006: went down and it stabilized at 2.8 pesos for 1 USD;
- current: 3.29 pesos for 1 USD;

The currency is highly manipulated in the last 5 years by the Central Bank though. The brazilian real has had a rate set by the free market in a higher degree.
