Ok, silly question (maybe). If a person is an IRP, are they required to show a list of the companies they are promoting on either they disclaimer page or their website? Reason I ask is, how do we know which stocks they are promoing by their posts if they don't have their disclaimer on the post?

I think it would be a great enhancement to add "disclamers" to the list of search options...
