I noticed some information that you provided on previous reverse splits. I use a link when I look at OTC stocks to get an idea of previous history. I think it is a good starting point researching stocks. It might be a good link for newbies or "Seasoned Newbies" like myself.

In Qmnm's case the path is http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=qmnm . by selecting the pink colored "company info" tab you will be able to see past information on the company.
