A company can find out who their shareholder base is and how many shares each and add it Up @ any one point in time to prove there are massive short sales...
But who is it going to be addressed to?, How is it going to be solved?..Who is going to cover?
In Pinkyland..the SEC just does not give two hoots , esp about an honest Company...they'll only shut down the massive diluters, that are getting a bigger cut than the SEC
The SEC is totally corrupt ..imo...and in bed with the rapers!
