Well, what I said was that outcast was a typical P&D type place, but what I will argue with is that they have P&D'd the stock. I haven't gotten any glossy's, nor have I gotten and P&D emails about Quest (if there have been any, please forward them, I didn't "sign up" with outcast). In my opinion, outcast has failed Eugene in many ways, including answering the phone and answering questions. My 10 year old could have done a better job.
Secondly, those blocks could be someone converting their preferreds. It wouldn't be Eugene as he would have to report them, but someone else could be.
I have talked with Eugene on many occasions, and I do know that he only sells shares when he needs food and gas money (twice or three times this year to the best of my memory), or when there is a big bill to be paid.
Since the ledgers to the court show that they have no cash on hand, the bills have to be paid somehow.
