Relax doog :-) You are/have been with rebel on several promotions. Call it what you will, find another word if you like, but you act/have acted in concert to bring "awareness." So no allegation & certainly not libelous-- maybe semantics and/or syntax but the basics behind the statement is sound/provable... moving on:

--The share structure was reported incorrectly by rebel on 10/3 via a supposed TA call. However, the filings show that the last time the A/S was 75 million was prior to 8/16/2006.
--Tiki posted first on 10/4 the 3/3/2008 filing that changed the A/S from 85 million to 150 million. That post went ignored.
--You furthered the inaccurate 75 million A/S on 10/11 as you stated, with Tiki's follow-up again posting the 150 million A/S filing in the timeframe you describe.

Quite a difference you'd have to agree-- no?

So back to lies: Tiki wrote (in part) "So then tell me Rebel why when I posted the real share structure on ZIPI with a link that my post went unnoticed and your partner Doog continued to post an erroneous share structure?" So to recap-- Tiki's post on 10/4 refuting rebel's post on 10/3 went ignored & you continued to post the wrong # on 10/11. All true :-(

And the "basic" issue is why mislead board readers that the A/S was 1/2 of what it was? You know as well as I that share structure is critical in understanding "the table." Given that, I am surprised your due diligence didn't include checking the structure yourself (& you started posting on 10/3) as opposed to repeating non-official info from the iBox...

BTW Tiki's post never said you were a mod, she said rebel was a mod :-)

Enough with these stupid "libelous allegations about me" posts!!!! There ain't no defamation, libel, slander, etc. for saying anything about someone's I-Hub screen name facade! Unless somebody's name is legally or in fact (perhaps tradename-but I digress) is "doogiebooggielips" saying that "doogiebooggielips" is a lying incompetent horse thief ain't actionable.

And BTW, for all you smart folks that put in your disclaimer screen name, i.e., "idriverollsroycetotacobell" belongs to you and or your "company" that ain't exactly so. Why???????????? Remember, TPL talks outta his butt.

Just out of curiosity, where does one hire someone who charges $200 for "market awareness"? Do you guys stand in line at the Home Depot, offer yourselves out for daily hire, jump into the back of a pick-up truck and get carried off to an internet cafe?
