Well, I hate to sound cynical...
But "awareness" is just there to bias the psychology of the trader towards a particular agenda/intent. It's like the "food porn" you see at Subway Sub store -- all those pictures of veggies, and that junk that makes you want to buy the 12" instead of the 6". (I know, rather trite, but it's essentially honest...) Firms hire out "voices" with a high probability of altering iHubber's views of a company, its security, and its future as to achieve a particular goal such as dumping REGDEXs, fund raising, getting a name out, etc.
It basically guiding the market as to achieve a goal using psychological and emotional influence. Are such tools manipulation? You bet. But that's the art of Capitalism -- from TV to newspaper ads -- all "voices" to change your psychology. Is it fair? Sure -- we all know such voices are out there since we live with them everyday. Are we responsible enough to use such voices correctly? LOL. Hell no. If people were, we'd have a lot better trading than we often witness.
From what I know of MES, he's a DD guy. Take DIAFF for example. Although the company is promising, their security is crap. Nonetheless he and I had a rational chat about DIAFF and I had a good flip due to the discussion. Was he pumping? Nah, he just took the time to chat w/ me -- changed my mind and I made a few hundred bucks. To me, that's a good promoter of DIAFF.
Plus I am an ass -- and a tough one to convince. But I have to admit, he's willing to sit and actually discuss. Many people can learn from him... I won't name names, but I am sure we all know a few we'd like to slap some sense into...
