I don't think it's "ok" NOT to disclose it in the first place but I guess those that do it just figure the general public doesn't realize that they have the right to know that information.

We didn't realize it either and used the 3rd party thing and was told we had to give out that information so instead of doing that anymore, we just go ahead and name them.
