No, probably sold by one person or company for either of two reasons...

1 providing financing to new management.
2 some of those 3.7B still outstanding and held by crooks.

There was only one brief instance today when buying out paced selling. Sharewise, only a handfull of shares went through at .0002.

All I'm saying is if you're in at .0001 dont be greedy. Sell half your position on the first uptick. Be smart that's all.
