IMan, curious as to why you don't think HRCT will do a reverse split? After the dust would settle, would not a reverse split be in their interests and in the interests of future (new) stockholders?
Do you remember that Chinese company a number of years ago that a lot of stockholders thought might buy out Hartcourt? I think they had something like a billion plus shares and their shareprice at that time topped out around 2:25 if I remember correctly. They seemed to own half of China.
