Just a hint: If you're ever stranded in Las Vegas without water AGAIN, you can go to the Las Vegas public library or any other municipal building, and get water from a public water fountain.

I found that out by reading a secret government memo on survival in urban areas that I procured through the FOIA.

Uhhhhhhh.....left in Las Vegas without any water?? Here's a tip.....Go to one of those big fancy places like Caesar's or Belaggio and jump into their big ol' fountain......Soon a couple of large men will come to escort you into the building. With any luck, maybe they'll feed you while waiting for someone to come and take you away. No need to thank me.
