Let's just say that he ticked the judge off. He agreed to some things that should settle it.

They do recognize the debt owed him, but he created 99.9% of the problems that caused that debt.

From what I know, there should be no issues that cause the BK to continue.

The 20'th is the paper deadline, Nov. should be the hearing, and it should close there.
