Well I'm Not as sure as You are about no new shares infused ( or redistribution of existing shares )..bc past history has shown here that while all the bantering about no New Shares has gone on and on... it has been Wrong!!

So You go ahead and take the initiative .... just hope they don't decided to stop the Security!

And of course this is clearly a job for a shareholder and not the CEO of the company!?!

btw..the new ruling will do Nothing for HMGP..esp if it is originating Outside the USA!

Another look at the ruling is that it takes effect today.
Any short transactions today do not have to be covered until
Tuesday.
