First; for all effective purposes this has been stated by KAA, second; KAA is also supporting the fact of an "irregular pattern" (go back to my 09/18/08 post/e-mail from KAA) of HMGP trading and third; it will bring to the table clear and defined actions and or findings should the SEC decide to elevate this issue and "take a look"...........

Embarrassment?????

By getting the SEC involved in an area that this departments oversee and monitor???? That is why this department exists.

The real embarrassment is that this type of pressure, or actions did not occur earlier by re-defining and providing clear rules that effective today 10/17/08 are in play.....thus the real embarrassment which we all share IMO is reflected in the current Hemi PPS if this turns out to be the cause.
