Is this too much and if so ,what amount would you suggest?

Hello Tom:
I recently purchased the aggressive small cap mutual fund VISTA for $34,200 with 10% cash reserve. I plan to use SPLIT SAFE immediately but will delay using VEALIE until the VW gets into positive territory
Do you have any problems with this?
