Alan tried that! Hurasu guys are bit older, more experienced and are very long term experienced players, I sincerly doubt it! I personally, after much thought, agree with them. Mining is a long term play requiring oceans of cash and a stable stock price! That way we all win, and BIG, if the Mines deliver!

No. All pink and OTCBB stock must be restricted for a minimum of one year.

Cool, that works for me. Any chance of placing a staggered restriction on the dividend? Maybe something like 20% unrestricted every 6 months? A two year restriction for the entire amount seems to be a bit extreme. By staggering the restrictions it would not cause a major run on Hurasu's stock price at any given time. This would greatly benefit everybody involved.-Schmedrick
